The winning bidder will become a director of the company and you are bidding on the percent of the company you would own.
How much you decide to be involved after the development process finishes would be up to you.

| As I will be providing the venture capital, doing the work and by completion will have created the vast majority of the profitable assets of this company, I see no reason that I (or bid winner) should not control less than 90% of this project.
What exactly will you be contributing? |
